Looking to book nyc-mia ( or fll)  Aug 9 to Aug 13,
AA doesn't have no availability YET
What should be my next best option?

Looking for a friend business or above .
Aug 9th Nyc - MUC
Aug 16th MUC - tlv
Aug 23 tlv - NYC
I know that NYC to MUC I should use 45 aeroplan or Singapore suites to FRA.
What should I look for the rest ?

with AC only with flying UA it maybe worth if you fly with LH the YQ is very high like $400+. and from MUC or FRA to TLV there is no real J class only with LY.

JetBlue sometimes has NYC-FLL for ~7k.

Current example: August 25 for 6.3k B6 JFK/LGA-FLL.
If you need to transfer from Amex, it's 8k MR = 6.4k B6.

Another option for this example date is redeem UR through the UR portal at 1.2cpp. DL flights going for 7,850 UR (and the flight is treated as revenue so you earn miles).
Same DL flights going for 10k DL + $5.6 booked as award ticket..

How did you get that number of 7,850 for a direct delta flight ? I am getting about 30k UR for round trip.
