I found a flight on Turkish Air For $699/person  DC -> TLV for the dates I need.  Should I use points or pay which makes more sense?  And which Points should I use.  [I have 196k Chase UR Points.  And 280k AMEX SPG points]

Paying would be cheaper against the value of miles. But it also depends on your value of miles.

...without having to check each airline's website. Any OTAs search only refundable fares?

A friend wants to fly from Reno, NV to Kiev (Uman) but it must be refundable. He's willing to pay more for that luxury. What airlines should he check?

OS J JFK-TLV one-way on miles?
I know UA has no YQ but prefer not to use since my balance is relatively low

thanks for responding.

agree LX is much better, certainly on the leg to TLV where OS not biz. But... its not available when i want it.

Would rather pay some YQ right now than use UA miles(which are becoming harder for me to get), have many MR so could go thru SQ i guess. any idea of the YQ there and is there anything better?

am still learning... i thought the taxes might be $100-$200, i called SQ and they want $565(800 SGD). It doesnt make sense. it's also only one way.

If I'm not into buying and selling points is there any other way on OS with cheaper YQ?

AC should be a little cheaper.
