what are the best miles to use for YYZ-TLV in business or first? Ideally direct, but if there is a great deal, would consider stopover. For 2 adults, 1 child (4 years old) and a 1.5 year old ( on lap).

Direct you can get UA. With a stop, there are a couple of options also with *A.
