makes no sense.. sell some MR & buy UA points.. not on the forums of course  ;)
Not everyone feels comfortable selling points.
am still learning... i thought the taxes might be $100-$200, i called SQ and they want $565(800 SGD). It doesnt make sense. it's also only one way.

If I'm not into buying and selling points is there any other way on OS with cheaper YQ?
AC should be about $400
Life is as good as you make it...

UA doesn't charge YQ.

Keep this link handy for reference purposes.

what are the best miles to use for YYZ-TLV in business or first? Ideally direct, but if there is a great deal, would consider stopover. For 2 adults, 1 child (4 years old) and a 1.5 year old ( on lap).

Direct you can get UA. With a stop, there are a couple of options also with *A.

You'll never find more than one seat on AC in the front of the bus

Specifically on YYZ-TLV? Or in general?

If in general -1, as I've booked multiple seats many times.

AC does not release more than 1 J seat (at a time?) YYZ-TLV on the 787.

Have you tried LO through WAW? They have a nice J product and charge really low YQ, probably about $125+-.
Also, SQ is the cheapest for *A to TLV (57.5k ow in J). So best to transfer MR into SQ.

SQ charges YQ except on UA. Its virtually close to the same in value when you put them side by side with 70/80k UA.

Chase UR into UA is instant, any program into singapore depending on when you transfer takes 1 hour-2 days about. One of the main reasons why it may be worth it to use SQ is that 4 different point currencies transfer into their program.
