EWR-TLV in J with UR points?
UA 70k
-1
What route do you think is better ?
80k with United miles for no fuel surcharges. 57.5k with Singapore miles which have fuel surcharges on carriers other than United (fuel surcharges when flying LOT Polish are significantly lower than other airlines with fuel surcharges). 70k and no fuel surcharges with BA miles if you find availability with Air Berlin.
Isn't one way on UA J Ewr-Tlv 70k ?
Life is as good as you make it...

Yes, but as DMYD said, if there was availability on United you would book with Singapore for 57.5k instead (this is obviously unless you want to do a plan b). In a regular case you would only book with United miles if you wanted to fly Lufthansa, or Brussels etc., and didn't want to pay fuel surcharges. In those cases a J award with United is 80k.

OP wrote, using UR. AFAIK UR cannot be transferred into SQ, so that won't help him.
