Thanks.
What is better? 60k SPG or $600 cash+ getting 1800 MR pts? Do you know how to get the 45k RT?

45k RT?

LIR-NYC with a connection in Miami.
Should I go with 15k AA, or pay $220 with TY points at a value of 1.6 ?

Should I go with BA avios, or pay $220 with TY points at a value of 1.6 ?
IINM it'll cost you 15k Avios, assuming there's availability, and 13,750 TYP with probably a few flight times to chose from. Go with TYP. Whats the question?

25k round trip in economy you can have AA and, united , I think all airlines.

17.5 k is using Lufthansa miles and more points to book on united. If you don't have Lufthansa miles you can transfer from spg. If you don't have spg. Then your next option is to use 20k Singapore miles that transfer from amex M/R

Regarding the value  points vs revenue, you should search what you can get the flights for cash.

When you say I use lufthansa points you mean I transfer the points into united miles ?

No. If you have LH miles you call them and ask them to book the available UA flight since they're partners.

No. You search on united for saver award availablity. Then you call Lufthansa and give them the flight numbers you want.

Best way to get NYC-TLV?

Is it silly to spend 55k-60k SPG points instead of $600 cash for a flight on Turkish?
