Nyc or phl to eze, AA is the best but pax has no AA points. Any other ideas? Pax has mostly UR

Looking for a last minute flight for a friend from BWI to CLE for this Saturday night or Sunday. Pax only has spg card. AA has no non-stops...any ideas?Tia

Spg transferred Saturday night posted Monday and those transferred Sunday posted Friday, it looks like they transfer twice a week

EK F JFK - MXP with JAL is 100k RT and $57

Jal can't book infant need to call EK

Changes are free (could only change up to 4 days before flight)
Cancellation is ¥3100 ($28) or 3100 miles

to my knowledge only for UA they dont charge, could be I'm wrong but thats what I always understood

I looked into it and apparently they dont either charge YQ for Air Canada, Air China, Air New Zealand, Avianca, and Copa
