NYC-JNB J & F?
How about with a stop in TLV one way?
Thanks!
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

NYC-JNB J & F?
Thanks!
LH F (FRA)
LH F + SQ R  (FRA)
LX J (ZRH)
TK J (IST)
EK F (DXB)
QR J (DOH)
EY F (AUH)

I would add
DL J + VS/AF/KL (LHR/CDG/AMS)

I just did:

JFK-DOH- JNB QR J

And for the return I needed a full day in LHR, thus:

JNB-LHR - SA J, LHR-FRA - LH J (overnight) -FRA-ORD - UA F

How about with a stop in TLV one way?

That is above my pay grade.

With cheap ex-EU J fares to HI, it's almost not worth booking in Y. Caveat is starting in a European city.
