Not sure about the rates but Iberia via avios can be good too

AC YQ should be about the same as SQ.

To avoid YQ, book with UA.

Just as a btw:
If flying RT, it's usually not worth using miles to book Economy flights to Israel (you can sell the miles for more and just buy a ticket).

I would highly recommend using 70k DL for VS with no YQ, very good product and lounge
