CX using AS.
I prefer different airline. Especially as CX doesn't open anything up until approx. 48 hours

Probably by asking where you are traveling from.

coming from new york. (wow sry for that belated response-im sure you were waiting with baited breath ::))
i reserved an aa flight with 50k miles round trip +129$ (which I have my GC for) heres the thing:does it make sense to just sell some amex points and book that flight with money than miles right (760$ flight) am I making sense here? are amex points worth more than selling for cash?(i have 200$ GC)

Hey, spent a lot of time looking for where to post this and didn't want to start a new thread so I'll try here (if someone can point me to where to ask these in the future I'd appreciate it.)
What is the best way to book reward travel in primetime 12/25-1/1? I know it's just a bad time but this is the hand we were dealt. Does anyone ever run sales ($ or points).
Again sorry if this is in wrong place or discussed at length elsewhere.

Hmm, you gotta be more specific.

And this might be a better place to ask http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=7986.0

I don't think DL and AF can book Westjet, I'd love to be wrong though. I've never seen it online so if its true, you need to PUTPAC.
PS I just read QF started a partnership where you can use their points for West Jet
