$322.40

That is per person, the total for both is $644.80!
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

True! Wouldn't it be worth your while to open a Delta card and use the bonus for this?

I'm using the bonus from the spg instead

If you find availability on UA metal you'd probably want to book with SQ.

Decent value for this specific itinerary.
Reports are 1-4 days transfer from SPG to DL.
Do you have any regular Amex to transfer? Those are instant..

Do you get a notification when the transfer from spg to dl is complete?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Newbie here. ZAG-FRA-EWR is 30k on United.com plus $60 in taxes with eco saver. Is there a different mileage program that would cost less mileage with that route?

If you want to fly that route specifically, and on *A cheapest is SQ at 27.5k, although if your flying LH it will be with YQ.

Alternatively you can use 25k AF for flights with Skyteam, or 25k CX for BA.

Additionally if its Off-Peak dates, it would cost you 19.5k BA or 22.5k AA for flights with BA or IB.

(Not for aforementioned trip)
On UA there's a seat available in economy saver "exclusively available to me as a Chase cardmember."
Is there any other/better way to book this than through united?  Should I grab it on United because it may disappear soon?

A lot of lingo in that post, but I think I understood.  Thanks.

Any way of making a flight available on LX?  That's what my son's friends are on.

Do you have to have SQ miles in order to search?  It's not showing anything for that day.  United had many (expensive) choices.

Have to call SQ to book/search partners. Dont need miles in the account.

1. SQ only shows their own metal, you have to call for partners
2. By expensive you probably mean standard awards which can only be booked with UA miles.
