As a MC.

Just checked, doesn't work ex-TLV. It does however work ex-US.

AA First is actually First Class. Delta One is Business.

Did not fly Delta for a long time, how does  Delta One Business compare to  AA or UA First or Business?

Start with what's available for your dates, then work on best way to book..

Check AC, AF and UA for starters.

You can try searching UA/AC just from *A hub cities to see if there are even any transatlantic flights available, that would be 55k in J.
Then figure out how to get to the hub.

You can also check VS from LON. Lower miles, but has YQ and APD (which IINM you can request a refund of if you prove you've been in UK for ~24h).

Depends what routing your looking for. I'm not sure if its still going on, but there was a FB xfer promo going on, and if coupled with FBs sales, it is a solid option.

I (my wife) Have an old award ticket (SFO-TLV, 70K miles) that we need to use up or refund. Also planning a trip soon with a lap child, need to be on J and on a specific UA flight LAX-SFO-TLV for the outbound.

Option 1 -  rebook existing ticket on award flight, need to add 110,000 miles and $125. presumably will add 10% of sticker for lap child?
Option 2 - refund miles ($75 fee, I think) and book on UR, for about 195,000 points, plus the 10% for lap child.
for these two options I would still need to figure out the outbound
I'm tryinf to figure out a way to do this through AC, but can't figure it out. they're not showing any availability at all on the return, and no good flight on the outbound
