Anyway to book a one way UA flight w/o close-in fees from a (instant) UR transfer partner?
Your only option would be United...

If I'm booking this for my sister and her family( she has a different last name than me), should I be nervous that AS would audit my account?

I do not think airlines forbid using miles for relatives, even if the last name is different , I did this many times with no problem.

I know, but how do the airlines know if it's for a friend/relative, or if I sold the miles?

I only did for real family many times, some with different last names and addresses, I was never asked any questions.

NYC-FRA  F
FRA-TLV J
I saw it on AC for 115k+$600+ CAD. (It disappeared just after, couldn't find it on any other partners)
I'm just trying to figure out if there would be a better to book it.
