Route? Nonstop? Be more specific. AC on UA metal or with stops may be an option.

i see, the only problem is that the chasuna is wednesday at 6:30 , AF will arrive at 11:30,  the only flight i see that will depart CDG and arrive in TLV and have a shot of making the chasuna is LY 320 but that is $400,  I dont see that making sense. thoughts?

Trip NYC to London for a week or so, sometime during sefira, probably before Lag Baomer.
Which points system, which airline should I look at?
I'd like if I can get business class, especially to come home.

Did you search on ANA? or Singapore. ORD has excellent availability in J on Turkish (up to 6 seats) and Lot (1 seat) on most dates.  Also TAP Portugal often has seat on that route and almost no fees. Lot is very low and Turkish is still reasonable for J at about $230 OW and Lie Flat the whole way to Israel and a very short layover connecting from the ORD flight.  It's 69k SQ points transferable from Chase.

No J availability that day out of ORD on any *A carrier except UA non-saver.

Biz Plat?

TK has a non-saver J seat for 120k TYP OW +$307.80
JFK-IST-TLV 12:30pm Departure 8:40am Arrival  You can have them add ORD-JFK connection. They have a saver seat for 47k but only on the 0:30 flight but there is no way to make that flight from ORD. You can figure out return.

Did you check from Boston and ATL? These are two other cities that also tend to have tons of Turkish J space.  Might have to add an extra leg if you want those exact days in J.  For the return did you check BA? Fees actually aren’t outrageous ex TLV.

Which TK partner are you proposing to have them add for ORD-JFK?

Sometimes never
In my experience depending on route, but there is usually a trend. So follow a specific route each day for 2 weeks and you should get the hang of it.
Always praying for delayed baggage.
