looking to book nonstop roundtrip award booking for one person NYC-TLV in Jan with free award cancellation

Is my best option Turkish (32K each way) or ANA(32.5K each way) on United metal? Bu I think both still have cancellation penalties?

Thanks! It seems like ANA still has a 3K miles fee and Turkish has a $25 fee for award cancellations?

Any advice on how to book. I have tons of miles options.
From NYC at the end of the week being shabbas in Israel, then leaving to MLE after shabbas. (Plans for summer time). Is it possible that it should be in one ticket or not?
TIA

JFK-DOH-Europe on QR J.

Is it possible to book for 57k AA or they wouldn't allow because it's backtracking from a 3rd region? If not, will they book for 70k or they can't book it at all?

Otherwise what's the best way to book? (Have a lot of Marriott, wouldn't mind transferring some).
