JFK-DOH-Europe on QR J.

Is it possible to book for 57k AA or they wouldn't allow because it's backtracking from a 3rd region?
The latter
If not, will they book for 70k or they can't book it at all?
It's going to price out as two separate awards, JFK-DOH, DOH-Europe so your total would be 70k+42.5k

Otherwise what's the best way to book? (Have a lot of Marriott, wouldn't mind transferring some).
Even if a program would allow you to backtrack, you're almost certainly going to exceed MPM so nobody is going to be able to book JFK-DOH-Europe as a one way.

Round-trip:
Non-stop/Maximum stops/Any: Max Stops - 1
From: TPA (Tampa)
To: TLV
Departure dates: Anytime in October (10 Day Trip Total)
Return dates: Anytime in October (10 Day Trip Total)
Class: Business
Seats: 2 adults
Alliance/Airline: Any

Total Duration Maximum:  18 hours (obviously shorter is better)
This is the tricky part:  I want to arrive in TLV in the am.  When I leave, I want to take the late night, midnight departure, flight back to U.S.

Would use either cash or points whichever makes sense.  I have AMEX Platinum and the following:  600k AA, 270k BA, 370k DL, 540k UA and 360k Chase UR but this may be one of those times where it makes sense to spend the $$$.  I honestly am very confused right now.

Thanks in advance for any insight and recommendations.

If you need to arrive in the AM, you’re limited to LY from EWR/JFK/MIA, UA from EWR and DL from JFK. For the return night flight, you can also use UA to ORD.
I’d recommend using google flights where you can filter by departure/arrival times, travel duration and stops. Once you know what flight are doable, check their cash and miles price and compare.
If you’re firm on flight times, I’d definitely recommend booking separate tickets from TPA to NYC or MIA, and another US-TLV flight. This gives you a much bigger flexibility of airlines to use, and may save you $ too. Just give yourself enough time to transfer.

Should be able to transfer Amex to Flying Blue and book it if it's available that way

Or to Delta if that works better.

I tried that as that would save on the amex transfer fee but seems like almost nothing nonstop available for saver rewards on FB :(

Looking to book 2 tickets PHL-LAX.

The flight I want is $392 cash, 31,360 UR or 35,549 MR (insider fare). Each.

I have lots of MR but am tight on UR.

What do y'all think I should use for this?

Are you sure? Dan posted a while ago there was lot of saver availability but maybe that's dried up by now. Look up his previous posts

ewr/tlv on United - directly with UA or using Ultimate rewards? I have found recently that there are some limitations to what you can do directly with airlines if booking is through an agency like orbits and priceline etc
