I booked domestic tickets on JetBlue.
Now I want to take a child with me.  How do I get her a ticket?
Can I add her to my reservation?  I don't think so.
I was thinking to make her over 18 on her a ticket booking.
Is there another way? Will this work smoothly?

Looking at flights back from HI, I saw a code share between Hawaiian from HNL to SFO and then JetBlue from SFO to NYC. For some reason I can't book with TrueBlue points. Has anyone ever booked two legs separately and then tried to have the flights linked to avoid having to retrieve baggage from one flight and then check in again on the second? Thanks!

You have to call to book. There's an award chart here: https://www.jetblue.com/trueblue/our-partners/hawaiian-airlines

Also, I see EK doesn't allow infant in J with miles. Is it possible to add infant later with cash?

All else equal Delta is better. Their points also worth a bit less so it's a wash.

Probably 61k Amex-CX for AA Business Class, with only airport taxes.
Check ExpertFlyer for AA saver availability and CX can hold before u transfer

Best would be to use AA 57,500. Sell your Amex and buy AA Miles. Or you can Transfer Amex to AC and book UA.

Best way would be to transfer 50k to EY for J or 62.5k for F
