Nope. Only works on AT&T Post paid accounts.

There is something called supply and demand. If you are willing to sell it for a hundred there's a reason for it. If it was worth more, people will sell it for more, your not doing anyone a favor by selling it for 100 since there's so much supply with people not knowing what to do with their offers.

Yes, it's a huge bargain for AT&T users, but that's not the point, people have nothing to do with their offers and they are expiring next month. A huge reason why the price is holding pretty low is because AT&T users are limited to 2 credits per account (unless you have an extremely high bill each month)

I don't agree! They're obviously selling fast too... Check out the Buy/sell Airline GC thread. How about selling those for half the price cuz there's so much of that too... Somebody established this rate and is doing a great job keeping it steady...

Noone established this rate. Last month people tried selling it for 120-130 noone was interested because they can just get it from a friend/relative who has the offer too. Point is that almost every Amex user has this offer and if he/she isn't willing to go down in price he'll/she'll just go to someone else

It's basically Supply & Demand. As you said, more of less everyone got this offer and many may not be on AT&T so that leaves it ready to be pushed.
