Etihad Master Thread

Not sure where to as this question, as Etihad is not in any alliance so there's no designated thread for Etihad search tips and all Etihad info is spilled all over the threads without a collective master thread.
So I thought it might be useful to have a Etihad master thread (yes, next comes Emirates).

First question:
When I search for awards on Etihad's website - business class for example - I see two sorts of saver awards "Guest Business" which is the lowest tier and "Business Saver" which is the nest tier, so which one is the class AAdvantage members have access to?
