There was a flood of availability a number of weeks/months ago.

Nicely done. I doubt that its all taken but that they decided to just be stingy on it as they 77W has availability close to daily in comparison.

In June when they added the JFK flight there was a ton of space. I was able to get both A380's as well, but had to change one day to stay a 5th night in MLE and lost theA380 flight there.

Yes, where offered. Pull up the reservation on VirtuallyThere using the EY PNR and there will be a link to do so.

You can call in and set your reservation. I was having trouble doing it online, but calling in worked.

Not sure if it applys to you, but on my JFK-AUH-MLE flight, they are letting me get a car in AUH since no service available in MLE.

IIRC, landing around 7:30PM and flight out is next morning at 9:30. I would need to get to the airport myself, but not a big deal.

If i can switch to the A380, i'll have a lot more time in AUH.

Etihad has the A380 to Melbourne on its timetable from June 1st 2016.
