The Chauffer service in non UAE cities is contracted out to different companies.

If you are out of the pickup range, I'd suggest you put in an address that is within the range and when they call give them the new address and tell them that "you'll take care of them" and it prob won't be an issue

As an aside, I landed in AUH and convinced the driver to make a half hour pit stop at the Sheik Zayedh Mosque en-route to DXB.

He was a bit nervous at first but once I made it clear that I'd tip him nicely he he had no problem doing it
