Transferring points from Freedom to Ink Bold

Hi everyone,

I have the freedom and the Ink both are my acts under my name I transferred yesterday from the Ink to the freedom and worked fine but today I was trying to transfer back from the freedom to the ink but  the system didn't let me transferring I called Chase and they said since the freedom is not a business act I can't transfer to the ink,

does anyone know if there's a way  to transfer them back to my ink?

I transferred no problem from my CSP to ink.

Recently ? Now that he mentions it I remember having an issue online a few weeks ago from freedom to ink. That's why I sent it to SP & then to ink.
