United PQD waiver

So the news is out and indeed 2016 has a waiver for the stupid PQD on a 25K spend on the united chase cards. My question, can u get the PQD by hitting spend across multiple cards all attached to one MP account - or must it occur on a single card?

Awesome!!!! So, u can churn them a bit within the year and get bonuses. What if the cards are under wife or husband SSN, but all point to the same FF account - does that also still work?

I am essentially asking if I and my SO can open a pair of cards or more (biz and normal per person for instance) and have them all point to a single FF number and still have the PQD waived for that FF number! That is my question.
