  • Programs: 1. Search on google. 2. Search in the right board of DDF with a general word or two. 3. Read the wiki. 4. Read the thread. 5. Ask away.

Dan, do you have a specific recommendation as to which rental agency you actually booked your Pesach 2012 Palm Springs house with?

Thanks. Still no restaurant out there I take it.

I've stayed in the the Westin Mission Hills, as well as the La Quinta Resort. Both very nice, but the priority is having a private pool for the wife/kids, and also being near a Coffee Bean.

Do you want to be close to a shul?
Plenty of coffee beans and kosher groceries, no restaurants, but I think you can order shabbos food and maybe other cooked food from Chabad.

Going during the week, so proximity to shul is not necessary

HI all, it seems that for a short stay, a vacation rental doesn't add up, since there is typically a $250 cleaning fee that is irrespective of length of stay. Am I missing something? Can this be negotiated (I know the simple answer is yes but based on experience is that the case?)
