The cheapest villa I was able to get is $1300 for 4 days. Incluuding tax and cleaning fee, not included $65 for pool heating each day.
Is this considered a good price ?

Sounds high. You should be able to negotiate a whole week for $1,400 or so.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

They're mostly all good, just look at the pics and rates and negotiate from there.

Reading through Dan's TR I'm just wondering why the need to travel to LAX and than two hours to Palm springs, why not to fly to Palm springs directly?

Only AA has a direct flight from ORD TO PSP twice a day. For most people flying into PSP they will have to make a connection in LAX, SFO, etc
You may not hold me responsible for any actions taken that were recommended from my account or username.

Just depends on the circumstances.  I've been to Palm Springs probably 8 times.  Fantastic winter destination.

Most of the times I fly CLE-LAX nonstop even though UA has seasonal flights to PSP via DEN or IAH. Though I have done ONT, PSP, and SNA connecting flights as well depending on the circumstances.
Total travel time can be less when flying nonstop to LAX and you can pickup provisions and go out to eat in LA.
