The Hyatt Indian Wells is nice. Not sure what you mean by quiet. IMO, quiet means people don't stay there, so the hotel must not be nice. Most resorts don't have lots of noise going on.

The property is beautiful- stunning grounds, very scenic.  The hotel rooms are in many buildings and the villas are in a separate area of the property.  The villas have a living room/ dining area, kitchenette which you don't have in the regular hotel rooms.

For me Hyatt is easier to acquire so I'd rather burn those.
