OTR :P

They could learn a few lessons from DL.

Today I received an email from DL regarding a refund for an error on their part when I
did a recent booking and they threw in an extra $100 voucher as a courtesy without asking.

This current booking is still a present from DL for the Priceline glitch of last yr-At that time they gave me $900 in vouchers on the 1st day of the glitch and a few days later they honored the priceline booking as well.

I call it the gift that keeps on giving.

Dead in the water.
New cobrand card launching immanently.
He didn't tell you that the cobrand would be with usbank? You really had no clue that they wouldn't allow you to use the HAS points?
Doesn't it make sense, that if they are planning to do business with usbank, then they need to makeup with the previous usbank customers and allow those holding HAS/USBANK POINTS to redeem them? I almost listened to what you said that its dead in the water.

The commenter is so sure Dan doesn't know what the heck he's talking about because... the rep clearly told him.

Thats one of the funniest/stupidest comments.

Try calling Flying Blue and asking the reps about Amex MR transfers.
