2) Get the scoop on the HAS fallout.
3) Why the yq points-buyout doesn't even buyout the whole yq?
4) When will there be a decent parter now that AA is gone and their award rates are stupid.
5) Why they think that their upgrade to the 90s first class is competitive.
6) Why can't they get off the equivalent of a miles metric system
7) Why their screw-the-customer-first is a good business model?

FWIW I don't think anything will change. He is going to explain you that Matmid points is the way to go. And they have the exp policy on points as part of their customer service. And that you have no idea what you're talking about when making fun from their F product "our customers are sooo happy with it, they say it's the nicest product they ever have.
