Point transfers - Maiden name on account

Wasn't sure what's the right place for this. Hope here is fine.

So this is the story.
My wife's SS, credit report, bank accounts and all credit cards (and loyalty accounts opened for those cc's) are under her maiden name. But her passport was already changed to her married name. (and so were the loyalty accounts opened by real flying)

1. Will transferring MR/UR points to accounts under different last names cause complications? If so, will it be easily resolvable?
2. Does it matter that some of these programs are registered under a non-US address? (When I got my Chase BA, it said somewhere that if I change the address on my BA account to a non-US address, the miles collected may no longer be transferred to me)

What did the US take to change the passport? Does the passport still have the maiden name with the addendum of the married name? I would think you'd need something with both names.

UR you could indeed transfer if you promise them that its your wife. About MR and foreign address I'm not sure

I'll call.

We changed the passport in the US consulate in Jerusalem. IIRC, all we needed was the marriage confirmation from the Israeli rabbinate.
It has the new name only.

So at least with AMEX, it's as simple as going to americanexpress.com/name entering your new name and uploading some form of ID.

BTW: Does anyone know if the new name will reflect on my credit report? (When I asked the rep. she kept insisting that it will not badly impact my credit score. Sometimes I wish they would know what they're talking about)
