Premier to trim the video and then Photoshop to create the GIF. Import -> Video frames to layers -> resize to 600px and edit as needed. Then Save for web -> Dither -> Diffuse -> choose either 128 or 256 colors -> Export. Upload to Photobucket since Flickr doesn't handle GIFs properly.

SF, You've mentioned a few times that the Maui Revealed app saved you. Do you need to be in HI for the hike maps to work? I can't seem to see the hiking trails on the app.

Just zoom in from the main map. They look just like in the book.

Spent the last two weeks just uploading and laying out the pictures for the next installment. There's over 100 already and I'm still not done ;D.

I think this TR is gonna break the all time DDF record for the most pictures :D...

Wow, thanks for the update. I'm just hoping it'll be done in the next 2 weeks. ;) Can't wait to see the pics, but more importantly, read the report!
