Yes, the mobile phone link wasn't working for me. Went on computer and it worked fine.

It's not random they issued it due to taking away the 20% off on wipes with Amazon mom.

Its not random they sent a email in Sep that benefits will be changing (no more %20) and to soften the blow they will be sending out a $30 coupon.

I didn't know I was Amazon Mom until I got the email. Although I did notice I got 20% off with 5 S&S items.
This $30 works on one item and will be used only on that item until you cancel it or use up the $30. Many items of mine are 1 or 2 deliveries only. I'll have to choose carefully when to use this.
