you sign up with them, kinda like registering with mint, and they give you 1% cashback on purchases you make with your credit cards. everything. just based on the transaction posting.
interesting business model, you could obviously imagine one for it.

at $10 they give you a check. they give you 1% on your last 3 transactions when you sign up so i just got a check.

beta is open for 212 more people so chap arain!

the other one is offermatic, owned i think by aol. i just watched a video on it now
&NR=1 but seems very gimmiky & i cant figure out how they get the rebates onto my card.

they can target offers for one, collect loads of spending data - think of mint

also, you can sign up & not give them your info right away but reserve a spot
