JFK-IST-CMN March 2014 with Turkish 777 to Ist and Royal air Moroc to CMN.
Turkish was in economy, one of the best in its class (free WiFi and relatively comfortable seats)
Royal air Moroc was my worst airline ever experienced, the seats were old and ripped, and service was terrible.
I arrived in cassablanca at 10.30pm with just with a backpack, I took along
1. Talis and Tefilin
2. A loaf of bread
3. Dried salami and dried jerky
4. Frozen milk
5. Some snack
6. clothing
I kept my gadgets, phone charges and camera in a anti- theft Pacsafe Hip pouch ( which I always use when traveling)
I took the train from the airport to the city and walked from the Central Station to my hotel, about a 35 minute walk.
The streets were empty and deserted (11pm)
Barely anything moved besides little cleaning trucks and cats roaming trash, and some echoes of teens hanging out in the in the alleyways, the streets stank, similiar like the streets of Meah Shearim.
I arrived at the Kenzi Basma Hotel (rated 4 stars by hotels.com, which was good enough for sleeping and a good shower in the morning. The hotel had Wifi.
