Need Cheap Flight To LAX HELP PLEASE

I am looking for a last minute flight to lax from New York. I need to leave early morning January 5th and return late night January 6th. I looked at all the obvious websites and right now am hoping for a miracle. with stopovers the cheapest i found was 470. if anyone knows of any deals for info on upcoming sales I would really appreciate the help. Thank you!

if you dont mind a stopover, leaving from phl and arriving in sna, you could get it for $286

JFK-LAX nonstop for $375 on AA.
Depart early morning January 5th and return late night January 6th
