Doesn't seem to be a limit on how many times you can play.. That's about the only thing I can tell is going on.

https://twitter.com/FlyingBlueMrM here they anounce a clue of the country whos code you put in the url http://goes.gsfc.nasa.gov/text/web_country_codes.html if you get there and it does not say something along the lines of to late go back to .com and if within a certain time limit you have one of 3 choices  Final Lucky Draw, instant wins, and two draws. then you are limited in time to claim.
they claim "Participant is forbidden from implementing or looking to implement any method of entry which does not strictly conform to the principals of the competition and these rules." so...
