When VA puts a ticket on hold, how long is it usully on hold for? I forgot to ask.

Also, the ticket is for Delta, on delta.com it shows as confirmed. If i dont book the ticket will it still show Confirmed on Delta or will it drop off? The flight is on Wednesday.

It's usually a day, but they can extend it.

Also, usually it needs to be booked at least 3 days out. Would double check with them.

I knew that was the case with Cyprus. Ill call tomorrow anyways too book it.

When a ticket is confirmed, that just means that the airline is holding the space, but has nothing to do with the actual e-ticket (which you need to fly).

I've had many times when airlines put things on hold and when they tried to ticket it, it wouldn't go.

So don't really know if the 3 day rule exists for them.
