Not surprised.
SQ and JJ both proactively offered to refrigerate and heat up food. CX is just awful in this regard.

Yup. It's our tradition, Mongolian beef from Chopstix prior to every F flight. Finger-lickin good.

It is. Chopstix is at or near the top of Chinese joints. Haven't yet had opportunity to try NKS.

Was successful with LH, OS & UA.
UA F warmed & served me the meal before takeoff (we had a 1 hour delay in FRA).

No luck w/LY. "fire hazard"

Possibly, but I had a pretty harsh experience with KE.

They woke us up 4 hours into the flight saying my kid can't get her own seat since we didn't pay for it.

3 days later I get a call that they never deducted the miles for the infant...
