Why?
Like I said, plenty of foods out there that are a whole lot better at room temp than a hot KSML will be.
Plus then you can add your own data point

SQ has microwaves on board unlike lots of airlines.

LOL I meant to ask if most airlines heat up food in an oven rather than microwave, hence the answer for those intending to heat food up on the plane should be oven.

Their Hawaiian Beef Sticks are also great hot, room temperature or cold. They got me through the 9 hour overnight drive from NJ to Toronto.

She can't get it for me in writing before takeoff but she will get it sent to me. She thinks it's a state regulation and she's not willing to jeopardize her job or the jobs of the crew.

Route? When on travel, I haven't had an issue warming up food in hotels' ovens except for in certain areas of Florida. Could be certain county/states don't allow.
