Had no issue on BA TLV-LHR 3 months ago, told them it was for my daughter.

PAL (Philippine Airlines) J (business) JFK->MNL flight heated up a frozen BYOK meal for me with a smile in Dec.

Swiss was happy to do it for me but they requested that its in silver foil not shrink film, and the stewardess actually went around looking for another kosher pax to get their silver foil bag to heat up our food.

UA EWR-TLV J no problem (a box of chochs for the crew didn't hurt)

LX JFK-ZRH J last week refused for hygiene reasons! Didn't help that they didn't have KSML, but ZRH-TLV next day no problem.

LX JFK-ZRH J this week, no problem. They just wanted me to open it so that they can see that it contains food & not something that would explode in the oven

I did so & rewrapped it.
