Four Seasons owns the land itself, so it would take a while for them to leave.

This has been going on for years, the Four Seasons was supposed to be right in between the David Citadel and the King David.  Doubt that this will ever happen

So what are they proposing instead? It's becoming an eyesore.
(Speaking of eyesores, I was walking around the Dolphinarium in TLV. Amazing location and I'm interested in seeing what happens there)

Ya, the owners say they don't have enough rooms to remain profitable. But from what I've heard the city doesn't want anything so close to the Old City to be taller then the Old City walls. So they won't give them permission to add floors.

Is it really that much different than Mamilla, or did the whole Mamilla development negate the issue since it's now heavily populated?
