I have all the documents of the case if anyone wants it.

I am not a lawyer but knowing my agreements with airlines and suppliers he is in clear breach of those agreements.

Orbitz has an affiliate program and when you sign up you agree to their terms and conditions. In the Exhibits presented, there are also agreements from American, British Airways, United, and others.

On that note - has anyone ever used the site? Is/was it really that effective?

Very effective, site is great.

From DDMS: "Even on first class awards you can manufacture greater availability on airlines like Cathay Pacific first class via hidden city award tickets."

Yeah, can someone please elaborate on using  hidden city to create more availability? (without having award rates going up for new regions)

In switzerland someone sued the airline for this
He booked cairo-zrh-jfk as it was cheaper then zrh-jfk. He only got on at zrh. They denied boarding and he had to buy a new ticket. He sued them and claimed it's no difference then buying a package of movies at a cinema and not going to the first movie... it's none of their business, he has a valid ticket for each flight...
Court gave him right, airline didn't appeal, as they didn't want a higher court to make a binding decision, but the court Cleary stated they consider this for the future as well
when was this...shouldn't this of set a precedent... why weren't airline policies changed as of this? This is huge than
