Can you read?

I am asking what routes can you use Korean Miles to redeem from Tel Aviv. Is the question not clear? And as a separate question I asked what MU stands for. I am confused as to what is not clear.

Was only answering your second question. Tried erasing first half of the quote but was taking too long on mobile.

Ah gotcha. OK still not sure where I can use this from Israel :). But if the next time I'm in the US for a while and this comes back I'll keep in mind :)

So some phone reps claim that this is a temporary think, and that Chase and KE have to work something out and it will be back. Lets hope.
I know reps are not necessarily reliable, but FWIW I spoke to a Sapphire Pref rep yesterday, and was told that Korean left the UR program 2 weeks ago and is not coming back. :(

Story: Booked yesterday an award, and this was the discussion with the KE rep;
KE: from where will you have points?
CHFF: Chase
KE: you know you can't transfer now?
CHFF: but its coming back shortly?
KE: That's right

Good enough now?

Because your average Joe Chase rep has any clue

They just know what is written on the memo

In my language that's called a hold and especially with KE you can't "book" something if you don't have the miles.

In my language, as a TA, a booking is a hold, and then there is the ticketing or actual purchase

Maybe the proper term is booking, but here on DDF most call a hold a hold and if you ticketed it "I booked it" or "I ticketed it".

+1. I was laughing when I read your post, I knew that people on here wont understand your TA language and ask questions.

Now you're right. But technically as long as I have flight numbers with the name on the reservation it's a booking. Then you can decide if you wanna ticket the booking. (by xfering miles or paying)
You can say what you think when you think what you say.

The confusion probably came from the bolded bit above. I think chff meant "can't" in that instance per his later post.

From the KE website.
Hopefully it comes back as planned.
