Which miles should I use for a flight to Israel?

Hi all,

We have Avios, Aadvantage, and SPG miles (all should be enough for 2 tickets to Israel - with an infant). Which one is giving the best value for miles? Which one will allow me to pay the least amount in fuel and other taxes?
