Leaving from NYC, MLE should be closer going atlantic route vs pacific. But Australia is def quicker the pacific route. Think I mentioned here before, the airline that has the shortest travel time from NYC to MLE is TK.

Not really, I just checked February 14 the shortest is 18 h 15 min with Emirates. Perhaps depends on season or day

I just booked my chauffeur from Monsey to JFK, but don't see an option for drop off in Amman, doesn't Ek offer pick up and drop off?

That is for NYC to MLE. For the return to NYC TK is the shortest at 21h55m.
