I have it booked for mid-January... Let us know how was.
Here's a mini TR:
We got to the hotel at around 9:45pm. The place was deserted. The parking outside is all muni-meters, but they gave us a tag to park in the hotel's lot (which was almost empty). The building looks old from the outside, but the lobby and the 2nd floor lobby were recently redone, and look pretty nice (of course, the nicest hotel i was in was a Marriott
).
We had booked the cheapest room with a king-sized bed, but they upgraded us to a deluxe room for free, although it looks to me that the bed was only queen-size. The room and furniture looked dated. One of the standing lamps didn't work. The temperature when we came in was 76 degrees, so I left the AC on all night, but it was still 76 when we woke up, so that was obviously broken too, and the windows were nailed shut. We weren't interested in dealing with it, so we just went to sleep. The bathroom was very small.
I ended up davening in Lakewood, so I don't know about minyanim nearby.
I wouldn't pay $125 for this, but I think it was worth $25.
