According to the T&C there should be a "promo code eligible" message. It's not bookable yet.

Yes. You can test which hotels work by searching with the current promo code. A hotel will either work with all promo codes, or none.

K I got it now. The promo code VISACHECKOUT doesn't return any results yet. You have to put in a different current code (such as "TRAVELHAPPY") and then "PROMO CODE ELIGIBLE " should show up for a bunch of hotels. It seems that those hotels will be eligible for the "VISACHECKOUT" promo starting Dec 1.
