No way to automate pure spam filters?
There are SPAM filters.
They take care of most of it, but it's not perfect.

People seriously don't know after 10 years that DDMS comments needs to be approved  before they can be viewed ::) ::) ::) ::)
I remember that one time that you hopped on a flight and posted that comments weren't being moderated....wasn't pretty.

Chatted with Amazon rep, only got $5 credit. I wonder how that one person on DDMS comments got $50.

Same with me. But I had my order number so I chatted with a staples rep and got it cancelled.

Chatted with Amazon rep, only got $5 credit. I wonder how that one person on DDMS comments got $50.

The Indian fellow I was talking to kept on giving me his scripted message. I told him I had already printed the return label, packaged the items and left them for UPS pickup. So he said that if the trade-in was shipped already, then Amazon will ship them back to me once they receive them, and then I can decide whether I'd like to do a trade-in again at the new value. I told him that's completely unfair and the turnaround time is costing me money, so he offered me $5. I told him the hardship this is causing was much greater than $5 and that Amazon is welcome to send the items back to me, but they should still credit me for the full amount that they had agreed to. Eventually he caved and offered me a $50 credit.

Darn I tried that also but didn't work. The guy kept on saying the max he could give was $5, even though I called him on it and said that I had previously gotten a larger credit.
