No. It looks like they target mostly new accounts. Not that you can be comfortable with an old account. Just it looks like new accounts are more risky. I know A LOT if people who never sold tickets etc and were shut down. Please don't yell on me if I think that this Mamzer is targeting Jewish zip codes..... and Jewish areas.
If they never sold, why were they shut down?

Because Mr ballion decided so. I know someone who transferred MR from his to his wife's FB account and was shut down before he even got a chance to book a ticket! I wish him a Miseh Meshineh Bekurev. Amein.

Thinking of linking an Amex with a child's FB acct (will use the name from Amex, but his acct -first name won't match) should this be an issue?

Just make AU with Amex. Not worth playing around. They closed about 10this people I know just for mismatching Citi transfers. There was no tickets booked and they closed the account!

Your Flying Blue account ******4 has been identified as credited last November by illegitimate City Bank transfers.

We remind you that the Flying Blue and City Bank partnership policy allows only transfers at the same name as the FB Member,

Also miles or awards sale is not allowed according to the article 1-4-7 of the Flying Blue program Terms & Conditions.

As a consequence we inform you of the definitive closure of your Flying Blue account 2******

All award tickets issued from the miles of your account will be suspended and not valid for transportation.

You are also kindly requested to send us back your Flying Blue card *****4 to the following address :

didn't understand your question. Never heard anything from Amex. Thought you're talking about if FB closes Amex transfers.

Then I'm taking the risk, just hoping this doesn't result in a lifetime ban

I got an audit from flying blue. I did nothing wrong. I sent one email to the audit dept and they opened it back up. Just a heads up that these people are actively auditing accounts. I'm still waiting for them to return my points I had b4 they shut me down.

Why did they audit you, and what did you tell them?
