Leatherman Wingman Multi-Tool $20 +FSSS
« on: November 27, 2014, 04:59:33 PM »
Amazon has the Leatherman Wingman Multi-Tool for $20 (free shipping with prime).
Hasn't been under $20 for nearly 1 year.
This is a great tool. I would grab one if I didnt already own 2 of these, + a sidekick and a wave.

Well truth is I think I actually have 3 of these atm.
+ I've been through quite a few others over the years.

I know its up for debate among the mayvinim, but I find these newer cheaper leatherman models (wingman and sidekick) to be just as good if not better than the more expensive (wave charge etc) models.

Yes, the more expensive ones are made from better materials and have a few more features, but these are aprox a third of the price, are amazingly usefull and strong and have the same 25 year warranty.

These also have spring loaded pliers which is a big advantage.

As a fisrt Multi-Tool,  or even if you have a few, I would really recommend this one.

Anyone care to share their thought?

(Will this be the start of a multi tool master thread?!)
