Does that really work? For other cards (Ritz Carlton cc giving 200$ for airline incidentals IIRC, does NOT work with GCs from any of the major airlines).

PGGM is for someone who's not flying. Unless you have ethical issues...

Its the same (un)ethical whether you are flying or not. If you actually use the seats that would not be PGGM, that would be using it as it was intended
